Warranty Information
AMC warranty policies are geared toward giving customers a worry-free purchase experience. Most of our products come with a one-year warranty service from the date of purchase. Our warranty program covers on-site repair or replacement of defective components at no extra charge to the customer.
If you are residing within Metro Manila, you may be entitled to on-site repair service during the warranty period. Outside of Metro Manila, you may carry in your defective item or pay a minimum fee for the pull out and delivery.

Replacement Parts
Repair or replacement of consumable and spare parts like toners, ink cartridges, photoconductors, batteries, printer heads, are subject for review and will be charged accordingly upon expiration of warranty service.
